Our Mistake — We Cover It

If we shipped the wrong tracks or recommended an incorrect fitment for your machine, we take full responsibility. We will cover return shipping and either send the correct tracks or issue a full refund — no cost to you.

This is part of our 100% Fit Guarantee: if we confirmed a track fits your machine and it doesn't, we make it right.

Customer-Initiated Returns

It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm track size and pattern at the time of order. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, returns are handled as follows:

  • Timeframe: You have 90 business days from the date of delivery to notify us of your return request.
  • Condition: Tracks must be unmounted and in original condition. Mounted tracks are not eligible for return.
  • Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated returns, plus actual return freight costs.
  • Case-by-case: Skid Heaven LLC reserves the right to handle returns on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances and product availability.

Exchanges

Need a different size or tread pattern? Contact us and we'll work with you to find the right fit. If the exchange is due to our recommendation error, we cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, standard return terms apply.
