By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Skid Heaven LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site or place an order.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.

Product images are representative. Actual tread patterns and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Fitment & Fit Guarantee

It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the correct track size for their machine at the time of order. Our product listings include fitment specifications (track width, pitch, link count) for reference.

Our 100% Fit Guarantee applies when we have confirmed a track fits your specific machine. If a track we recommended does not fit as specified, we will cover return shipping and provide a correct replacement or full refund. This guarantee does not cover tracks ordered in sizes other than our recommendation.

Warranties

Skid Heaven LLC provides an in-house warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage by brand:

• Vortex: 12-month in-house warranty
• Arisun: 24-month in-house warranty
• Bridgestone: 24-month in-house warranty

All warranties are no hour limit with full replacement. We handle the entire warranty process in-house — no manufacturer runaround. Most claims are processed same business day.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or external causes such as impact damage, improper tension, or operation on surfaces incompatible with rubber tracks.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before our daily cutoff typically ship same business day. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. In summary: if we made the mistake, we cover it. Customer-initiated returns on unmounted tracks are accepted within 90 business days subject to a restocking fee and return freight.

Limitation of Liability

Skid Heaven LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or equipment damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
